Project overview01
Website for a growing construction company.
Nueva Alianza was reorganising: new strategy, new services, and a website that had to exist quickly without looking like it had been made quickly.
We handled design and content strategy, including structuring a portfolio of recovered project photography into something worth showing.
The challenge02
A short timeline against a high technical bar: Lighthouse above 90, real SEO, support for AI agents reading the site. On top of that, an archive of recovered images with no structure and uneven quality.
At a glance03
The problem, and what changed
The starting point
A construction company entering a new stage with a short deadline, a high technical bar, and a recovered image archive with no structure to it.
Structure and tooling
The archive was sorted by project type and given a card each, and the question every enquiry started with became a quote tool that answers it in three minutes.
Craft standard
Imagery leads and copy follows, at a technical standard treated as part of the brief: above 90 on Lighthouse, with SEO and AI agents accounted for.
Scope of work04
What the work covered
Let the buildings do the talking
For a construction company the work is the argument. The site leads with imagery and keeps the copy underneath it.
Give the archive a structure
We managed new photo shoots and organised the recovered portfolio by project type, so the gallery reads as a body of work rather than a folder.
Build the quote tool they asked for
Anyone can get a first estimate of what their project might cost. It turns a passive site into a reason to make contact.
Hit the technical bar as a design constraint
Performance and SEO were treated as part of the design brief, not a cleanup pass afterwards.
A portfolio that shows the range
Nueva Alianza does not build one kind of project. The portfolio runs from modern coastal condominiums to classic chalets, from marble bathroom interiors to exposed brick houses in the countryside. The content strategy was to show that range without it reading as scattered: each project with its own character inside one visual line.

The question everyone asks first
Every enquiry started with the same question, and answering it took a phone call. The quote tool turns that into three minutes on the site: enough structure to give an honest first reference, and enough caveats that nobody mistakes it for a contract.

Outcome
- First version launched on schedule, scoring above 90 on Lighthouse.
- A quote tool giving visitors a real price reference before they call.
- A structured project gallery ready for the social content that follows.
