The challenge
Barbershops were managing appointments through WhatsApp, Instagram, and notebooks. No client history, no clear view of the day, no way to understand business performance. Owners depended on remembering everything manually, and clients had to wait for a reply.
Our approach
Five decisions defined the product: a booking flow with no required account to reduce client friction; a backoffice focused on the day, not complex reports; differentiated roles for owner, barber, independent barber, and client; an AI assistant (CLAUS) that explains performance in plain language; and a Catchup flow to close pending appointments and keep the system accurate.

What we built
A product built for mobile and desktop alike: an account-free booking flow for the client, a backoffice with a daily agenda, calendar, and client and barber management, CLAUS summarizing performance in plain language. Each barbershop runs it under its own white-label brand: colors, logo, and typography adapted to every client.

A booking that knows the client
Onboarding asks what a good barbershop already knows about its clients: what music you listen to and how you take your coffee. You answer once, with Spotify if you want. Your next visit starts with your music playing and your coffee ordered.
The client experience
The booking flow is designed for the client's phone: pick a barber, pick a time, confirm. No account, no unnecessary steps. The client sees their upcoming appointments and real-time status.

Each barbershop's brand, not ours
Each barbershop configures colors, logo, and typography from the backoffice. The same booking system looks like three different products: the public page carries the business identity, not NIVIAN's.

A complete platform, designed and built from scratch: appointment flow, client management, backoffice, and AI assistant. Barbershops move from WhatsApp and notebooks to centralizing bookings, client history, and business performance in one system.
